LEILA KING: VOGUE Italia - Models...for breakfast
I like to start my day with the right nutrients. The first thing I put
into my body is a decaffeinated herbal tea, this helps cleanse my system
and prepare my stomach for the day. For breakfast I like to eat light
but filling. I have two hard boiled egg whites with a dab of
Worcestershire sauce and black pepper for taste with fruit on the side. I
also make a smoothie containing a little bit of juice, non-dairy
yoghurt, strawberries and bananas :)
